Abby is by Sir Sinclair, the top placing dressage stallion at his 70 day testing in Ermelo in 2002. Among his many achievements in his young career, "Sir" took First Place in 2005 in the FEI Test for 6 year olds at the American Dressage Concours, and First Place at the FEI Final Test for 6 year olds at Dressage at Lexington. He also had 10 First Place ribbons as a 5 year old in 2004. He is currently competing at Prix St. Georges.

"Sir's" offspring results have been stellar. He placed three foals from his first North American crop in the KWPN-NA Top Ten listing in 2005. He is known for his beautiful, long-legged and long-lined foals.

Sir Sinclair has an interesting pedigree. His sire, Lord Sinclair, won his stallion testing in Warendorf in 1997. Through his sire Lanciano, and back through Landgraf, a new "L" line has been established in Westphalian breeding based on the classic Ladykiller xx.

Sir Sinclair's dam is by the KWPN stallion Flemmingh, the most highly respected "Preferent" stallion in Dutch dressage breeding. He is the sire of Anky van Grunsven's Krack C, as well as the sire of Lingh, the World Cup Reserve Champion in Las Vegas in 2005.

Abby's dam Onilia is by the famous "Preferent" stallion Olympic Ferro, who sadly passed away in 2005 at the age of 18. Ferro won a silver medal at the Olympic Games in Sydney in 2000 under his rider Coby van Baalen. He leaves us with over 10 approved sons and numerous Star and Keur mares.

Abby is a long-lined filly with three extravagant gaits and a winning personality. Abby is the product of the intriguing combination of the best modern dressage blood—the Westphalian "L" line, Ferro and Flemmingh—and, given her natural talent and disposition, will certainly be a filly to watch in the dressage ring.
